How Radiator Covers Work
Radiators covers work by utilising convectional currents created by your radiator

Its important that the radcover is well vented..that is, plenty of space at the bottom for cold air to enter.. and then space at the top for the warm air to flow out,regarding the grill at the front this doesnt restrict hot airflow either as they are well perfforated..plenty of holes for the hot air to pass through.
